PNW Sublime is a solo exhibition of Melisa Malvin’s acrylic paintings.

Nature is powerful and impartial. The same force that creates a serene bay with pastel-tinged sunsets can also create a turbulent squall. This dissonance fascinates me, and my art in this exhibit examines how nature, as well as the human encroachment upon her, can evoke profound emotional responses.

The opening reception is on Friday, July 14 from 6-9 pm and is a part of the Belltown Art Walk.
